The HTX series wheat peeling machine is primarily used as a layer-by-layer peeling device in flour-processing enterprises. It can remove 2–3 layers of the wheat’s outer husk according to customer requirements, reducing the pressure on subsequent milling machines. This machine effectively removes surface impurities and mycotoxins from wheat, lowers the ash content of the finished flour, and enhances the whiteness and purity of the flour. The HTX series wheat peeling machine features built-in motor technology, which saves installation space. Equipped with a high-strength main shaft and highly wear-resistant sand rollers, the machine ensures continuous operation and a long service life. The main shaft incorporates bidirectional air intake, while the discharge port uses suction, which not only reduces the temperature of the finished product but also performs multi-stage cleaning of impurities and husks from the material.
