Broad bean shelling complete set of equipment
Processing Power: Daily production capacity: 100-1000 tons, customizable to meet specific requirements.
Finished Goods: Soldier Pea Kernels
Scope Of Application: Shelling facilities for mung beans, soybeans, peas, etc.; grain processing enterprises; deep-processing plants for agricultural products; food factories; and large cooperatives.
Core Equipment: Bean-Specific Hull Remover,Flexible Bean Polisher, etc.
Scope of application
The complete production line for broad beans is suitable for grain-processing enterprises, deep-processing plants for agricultural products, food factories, and large-scale cooperatives. It enables fully automated processing of broad beans—including cleaning, dehulling, screening, grading, grinding (into flour), and packaging—while being compatible with broad bean raw materials of various particle sizes. Additionally, the system can be adapted to handle small quantities of similar legumes such as chickpeas and lentils, meeting the requirements for large-scale production and standardized processing. The system covers all scenarios from raw broad bean handling to the production of finished products like broad bean flour and dehulled broad beans.

Working principle
I. Core Operational Logic
This production line centers on “ultra-flexible physical separation + specialized precision control for mung beans.” Leveraging coordinated equipment operations, it addresses the characteristics of mung beans—small size (2-4mm), thin and brittle seed coat, and susceptibility to damage. By exploiting fundamental differences in particle size, specific gravity, and magnetic properties between beans and impurities, along with the brittle thinness and varying adhesion between seed coat and endosperm, the process employs a progressive sequence of: - Ultra-flexible hulling - Precise separation - Fine polishing - Optical grading - Sealed freshness preservation." This progressive process achieves complete impurity removal, gentle hull separation, and standardized product grading. The entire process involves no chemical additives or additional water, relying primarily on ultra-low-intensity physical actions. It balances high dehulling rate (≥96%) with kernel integrity (damage rate ≤1.5%), producing multi-specification mung bean kernels with high purity, uniform particle size, and complete nutrient retention.
II. Core Logic of Equipment Synergy
1. Production line equipment achieves effective coordination through “Bingdou-specific parameter adaptation + closed-loop process”:
2. Raw material purification equipment (cleaning screen, stone remover, magnetic soil remover) optimizes screen mesh, airflow velocity, and magnetic field parameters for small mung beans. Progressive removal of various impurities delivers uniformly sized, clean, and contaminant-free small particles for subsequent ultra-gentle hulling, preventing micro-impurities from scratching hulling rollers or causing bean damage.
3. Huayu Wantong's hulling machine integrates with screening separation equipment. Immediately after ultra-gentle hulling, hulls are separated via ultra-low airflow velocity. This reduces wear on polishing rollers caused by fragile, thin hulls while lowering impurity loads in the polishing stage and preventing adhesion between small mung beans and hull fragments.
4. Huayu Wantong polishing machines are precisely parameter-matched with color sorting and grading equipment. The polished mung bean kernels feature smooth surfaces and uniform color, enhancing the color sorter's small-particle recognition accuracy by over 25% and reducing misclassification rates. Grading screen apertures are accurately matched to mung bean particle sizes, ensuring uniform grading consistency.
5. The automated control system centrally manages all equipment parameters (high-frequency vibration, ultra-low air velocity, micro-gap hulling settings) throughout the process. This enables seamless integration of “purification - hulling - separation - polishing - grading - storage,” guaranteeing consistent hulling rates, purity, and particle size uniformity ≥98.5% for every batch.
