Highly compatible with soybeans

The Hua Yu Wan Tong polishing machine and grading peeling machine are both custom-designed specifically for the toughness and particle size characteristics of soybeans. During polishing, they operate gently without causing damage; during peeling, they precisely control the force applied, achieving a peeling rate of ≥97% and a damage rate of ≤3%, significantly outperforming conventional peeling equipment.

Multi-stage purification with high purity.

The three-stage联动 system—vibration grain cleaner, specific-gravity stone remover, and magnetic soil remover—comprehensively removes all types of impurities, from coarse and heavy contaminants to metal particles and fine debris. The purity of the finished soybean kernels reaches ≥99.5%, with zero risk of impurity contamination.

Bean kernel quality is stable and controllable.

Polishing pretreatment weakens the adhesion of the bean skin, and when combined with precise parameter adjustments on the graded hulling machine, it ensures uniform hulling levels and consistent color within the same batch. The integrity of the bean kernels is high, meeting the stringent requirements for raw material consistency in high-standard processing.

Automated effective operation

The entire process—from raw material input to finished-product classification and storage—is highly automated, with equipment operating in seamless coordination. The system can handle daily processing volumes ranging from 50 to 500 tons, reducing human intervention and minimizing both human error and labor costs.

There are no material-waste stages throughout the entire process. The soybean skins generated during peeling can be collected and used as a byproduct, such as an ingredient for animal feed. This production line centers on “physical property separation + precise grading control,” leveraging coordinated equipment to address soybean hulls' high toughness and tight adhesion to endosperm. By exploiting fundamental differences in particle size, density, and magnetic properties between soybeans and impurities, along with the adhesive characteristics between hulls and endosperm, it implements a progressive process: "multi-stage purification - pre-treatment weakening - Graded Dehulling - Finished Product Protection." The entire process involves no chemical additives or additional water, relying on gentle physical methods. This approach ensures soybean kernel integrity (damage rate ≤3%) while enabling customized dehulling levels through parameter adjustments, resulting in diverse soybean kernel products characterized by high purity and consistent quality.

II. Core Equipment Synergy Logic

2. Vibrating grain cleaning screens supply uniformly sized feedstock to density separators and magnetic soil removers, preventing impurities from interfering with air suspension and magnetic attraction for enhanced purification efficiency.

3. The Huayu Wantong polishing machine reduces skin adhesion, enabling the grading dehulling machine to achieve effective dehulling at lower forces and minimizing kernel damage;

4. Roller parameters of the grading dehulling machine are precisely matched to the polishing machine's rotational speed (higher polishing speed allows corresponding reduction in dehulling speed), ensuring balanced dehulling effectiveness and kernel quality;

5. The automated control system centrally manages all equipment parameters (vibration frequency, airflow velocity, polishing speed, peeling gap) throughout the process, enabling seamless integration of “purification - pre-treatment - peeling - storage” to guarantee consistency and stability in every batch.
