6NF-90 Corn Dehulling Machine

The 6NF-90 corn peeling machine can process corn, wheat, and rice by adjusting its internal structure and pressure settings. As the material moves between the rotating drum and the screening device, it undergoes compression and grinding, which removes the husk, germ, black tip, and breaks the kernels. Under the action of airflow, the kernel and bran are separated. The resulting corn is thoroughly peeled, free of black tips, with uniform particle size and a round, smooth appearance.

NF-280 Corn Dehulling and Polishing Machine

The NF-280 corn peeling and polishing machine is primarily used for peeling and polishing corn, millet, sorghum, and rice. As the material moves between the rotating drum and the screening device, it undergoes compression and grinding to remove the husk, germ, black hilum, and polish the kernels. Under the action of airflow, the kernel and bran are separated, while the husk and impurities are collected uniformly by a cyclone separator. This machine features a unique rotating octagonal-screen design and an advanced air-inlet structure at the kernel-discharge end, resulting in low breakage rates, minimal broken grains, and thorough separation of corn kernels from bran. The machine can be integrated into small- and medium-sized complete processing systems or operated as a standalone unit. It is a complementary product designed specifically for small- and medium-sized grain-processing enterprises in China.

YMHLN Series Corn Peeling and Polishing Machine

The Hua Yu Wan Tong corn peeling and polishing machine primarily features functions such as corn peeling, wheat peeling, and rice milling. HTP Series Oat Hulling Machine

An oat hulling machine is a centrifugal device used for removing the husks from oats. It primarily uses paddles to fling oat grains onto a high-speed rotating centrifugal plate. The centrifugal plate is equipped with guiding grooves that keep the grains moving in a consistent direction and cause them to strike the surrounding ring-shaped structure, breaking the oat hulls into multiple fragments. This process separates the oat flakes from the hulls, thereby completing the hulling operation.

HTD Series Barley Hulling Machine

The barley hulling machine independently developed by Huayu Wantong comes in several models, with each unit capable of processing 1 to 5 tons per hour. It is suitable for barley-processing enterprises, used for hulling barley to produce kernels and flour, as well as for feed-processing companies that use it to replace part of the corn and soybean meal in livestock and poultry feed. This not only reduces the amount of protein feed required and lowers feed costs but also increases the fat hardness of poultry meat, thereby improving carcass quality.
