Excellent peeling effect, high-quality finished product.

Utilizing a proprietary peeling technology, the removal rate can reach over 95%, with a breakage rate of only 2-5%. After processing, the soybean kernels are neatly split into evenly sized, five-to-five lobes, producing virtually no soybean meal and ensuring high product integrity. Meanwhile, a specialized suction-net system thoroughly separates the bean skin from the kernel, achieving a perfect result—“no skin in the kernel, no kernel in the skin”—thereby enhancing the quality of raw materials used in soybean product processing.

High degree of automation, low labor costs.

Equipped with an automatic feeding and automatic separation system, the entire process requires only one operator, significantly reducing labor input. In areas with intermittent power supply, a diesel engine can also be configured as a power source, making the equipment adaptable to various production environments and further lowering labor and energy costs during the production process.

The equipment features a reasonably designed overall layout. Its enclosure is made of thickened steel plate with a powder-coated finish, ensuring robustness, durability, and compliance with hygiene standards. Moreover, the operation and maintenance procedures are straightforward, helping to reduce subsequent operational and maintenance costs.

The peeling performance can be flexibly adjusted according to customers’ quality requirements for the finished product, making it an ideal choice for small- and medium-sized legume processing enterprises.

Energy-saving design is prominent, and operating costs are low.

By adopting a low-power motor paired with an optimized transmission structure, the main unit’s power requirement of just 7.5 kW is sufficient to meet a production capacity of 0.8–1.5 t/h. The energy consumption per unit of processed material is reduced by 15%–20% compared to conventional bean-peeling equipment. Meanwhile, the dry-peeling process eliminates the need for additional water resources and drying equipment, thereby reducing energy and auxiliary resource consumption. Over the long term, this approach can significantly lower enterprises’ production costs.

Health standards met, safety guaranteed.

The core components of the equipment that come into contact with beans—such as grinding heads, hoppers, and conveying pipes—are all made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Their surfaces have undergone fine polishing to eliminate any sanitary dead spots, ensuring compliance with the GB 12624 standard “Safety and Hygiene Requirements for Grain and Oil Processing Machinery.” The equipment is also equipped with an overload protection device that automatically shuts down the machine when raw materials become blocked or components malfunction, thereby preventing equipment damage and guaranteeing production safety.
