Device Introduction
Due to the mixing of oil cake and rice bran in the rice bran oil-extraction process, the oil yield is affected, the service life of the oil-extraction equipment is reduced, and the power consumption per ton of material increases, thereby impacting the production efficiency of the section. This product enables a thorough and accurate separation of oil cake and rice bran, achieving a separation rate of over 99% (with the rice-bran content in the oil cake less than 1% and the oil-cake content in the rice bran less than 0.5%). The separated oil cake fetches a price that is 100 yuan per ton higher than that of the conventional rice-bran-oil-cake mixture. Moreover, the separated rice bran can be used as high-protein feed in animal feed mills, commanding a price that is 100 yuan per ton higher than the price of the conventional rice-bran-oil-cake mixture, thus enabling processing enterprises to reap greater profits.
