A new anti-blocking structural design ensures smooth material conveyance without any blockages. An intelligent speed-control system precisely regulates the material flow rate and evenly feeds the material into the dual-blade cutter area.

Dual-rotor centrifugal impact system

The innovative dual-cutter disc vertical design boasts a smaller footprint, higher efficiency, and significant environmental and energy-saving advantages compared to conventional equipment. Meanwhile, the cutter discs feature a modular structure that makes them easy to disassemble and replace, making them suitable for processing a wide variety of materials. A specially designed impact plate enhances the uniformity of shelling while reducing material jams.

Centrifugal Force Shelling Principle

Through a four-step efficient process—first, a frequency-converter motor drives the material-pulling device to deliver materials uniformly; second, a high-speed rotating cutter disc generates centrifugal force to fling the materials outward; third, the materials collide and rub against the inner wall’s impact ring, thereby achieving shell separation.

Intelligent Control and Monitoring

PLC programming control, combined with variable-frequency speed regulation, enables online real-time reading of production data. A multi-sensor system continuously monitors the system status in real time, supporting unattended operation and ensuring continuous production.

High-durability configuration

It features a Class II energy-efficient explosion-proof motor, originally imported SKF/NSK bearings, and an automatic lubrication system. The impact ring and blade blocks are made of wear-resistant alloys, ensuring the equipment’s stability and reliability in long-term industrial applications.
