YMYP-60×80 Oat Tablet Press

The oat flake press is designed to compress cereal grains such as oats and corn into thin flakes by rotating two counter-rotating rollers. A variable-frequency speed-regulating reducer ensures that the feeder accurately distributes the material evenly across the entire length of the rollers, guaranteeing uniform thickness and minimal breakage in the finished flakes. The thickness of the finished cereal flakes can be adjusted by regulating the gap between the counter-rotating rollers.

YMQL-56 Oat Cutting Machine

The YMQL-56 Oat Flaking Machine (also known as the Oat Roller Flaker) is the core equipment in oat flaking processing projects. It is commonly used for flaking oats, barley, rye, and rice grains, and is particularly employed in the oat flaking stage to produce uniformly sized, sharply edged oat flakes. Specifically, in the oat flake production process, the rotary flaker cuts the oats into particles measuring 1/2 to 1/4 of their original size. This particle-cutting step ensures that, during the flaking process, the oat flakes maintain a consistent overall size and can be easily pressed into thin flakes without turning into powder.
