Device Introduction
The oat flake machine is designed to compress cereal grains such as oats and corn into thin flakes by rotating two counter-rotating rollers. A variable-frequency speed-regulating reducer ensures that the feeder accurately and evenly distributes the material across the entire length of the rollers, guaranteeing uniform thickness and minimal breakage in the finished flakes. The thickness of the finished cereal flakes can be adjusted by regulating the gap between the counter-rotating rollers.
