By utilizing the differences in specific gravity, particle size, toughness, and color differences. Through comprehensive physical processing, it achieves “complete impurity removal, intact germ separation, precise endosperm purification, and uniform flour particle size.” Strict control of key parameters throughout ensures ≥90% germ separation rate, ≥98% pure germ purity, and ≥99% purity for low-fat corn flour, simultaneously producing pure germ and low-fat corn flour.
