Working principle
I. Core Processing Logic
This production line centers on a core process of “multi-stage precise impurity removal + wet-heat conditioning and softening + gentle germ separation and extraction + graded purification and milling.” Addressing corn's characteristic of “tightly adhered germ and endosperm requiring low-loss separation,” it leverages the progressive synergy of core equipment. By utilizing the differences in specific gravity, particle size, toughness, and color differences. Through comprehensive physical processing, it achieves “complete impurity removal, intact germ separation, precise endosperm purification, and uniform flour particle size.” Strict control of key parameters throughout ensures ≥90% germ separation rate, ≥98% pure germ purity, and ≥99% purity for low-fat corn flour, simultaneously producing pure germ and low-fat corn flour.
II. Core Logic of Equipment Synergy
1. Pre-treatment - Conditioning - Germ Removal Synergy: First remove impurities and stabilize material, then precisely condition and moisten grains to provide “clean + softened” dual-standard raw material for germ removal.
2. Germ Removal - Grading - Purification Closed Loop: After gentle germ removal, materials are graded and diverted. Germ undergoes multiple purification steps to achieve high-purity products, while residues are recycled.
3. Endosperm - Graded Milling Synergy: Endosperm undergoes secondary purification followed by progressive grinding and real-time screening, balancing efficiency and quality. 4. Full-Process Low-Loss Quality Control: From gentle kneading degermination and low-speed grinding to mild drying, the entire process avoids harsh contact to preserve germ integrity and nutrients.
5. Automated Precise Regulation: Intelligent measurement and control of all process parameters with coordinated equipment operation ensures batch consistency and product stability.
