The design features a negative-pressure-dominant selective structure, addressing numerous drawbacks of traditional positive-pressure air separation—such as environmental pollution and failure to meet indoor hygiene standards.

Hydraulic columns are used to adjust the height and tilt angle, and a digital display angle meter makes it easy to monitor and control the tilt angle.

Effective separation

The discharge end is designed with six outlets for materials of varying specific gravities, enabling efficient separation of stones, heavy particles, medium-heavy particles, medium particles, moldy particles, and light particles.

It employs special wear-resistant materials with anti-fatigue and anti-stretch properties to meet the demands of continuous industrial production.

Wide range of applications

Breaking through the limitations of single-grain sorting, by replacing the sorting bed screen plates with different aperture sizes (apertures ranging from 0.5 to 5 mm available), and adjusting airflow parameters and vibration frequency, this equipment can meet the sorting needs of more than 10 types of grains and coarse cereals, including wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, oats, and buckwheat.

Energy-saving and low-consumption

Equipped with low-noise, energy-saving fans (3 kW) and variable-frequency vibration motors (1.5 kW), the unit’s processing energy consumption is only 0.9–1.2 kWh/ton, representing a 25%–30% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional gravity separators. The sorting process requires no water resources and eliminates the need for any auxiliary chemicals, fully aligning with the concept of green processing.
