High peeling efficiency, excellent product quality.

This peeling technology combines wear-resistant sand rollers with flexible rubbing action, achieving a single-pass peeling rate of over 98% for barley. The breakage rate of the endosperm is kept below 3%. After peeling, the barley endosperm boasts a smooth surface with no residual floury layer. Paired with a negative-pressure airflow sorting system, this technology enables precise separation of the husk from the endosperm, ensuring that the husk contains less than 0.5% endosperm—a significant improvement in the quality grade of the finished product.

Strong raw material compatibility and flexible adjustment.

It is compatible with barley raw materials of various varieties and moisture contents (12%-15%). By adjusting the rotational speed of the sand rollers (500-800 r/min) and the gap between the pressing device, the degree of hulling can be tailored to meet processing requirements, thus satisfying the quality standards for different finished products such as brewing malt and edible barley flour.

Energy-efficient and low-consumption, with low operating costs.

Equipped with a high-efficiency, energy-saving motor, the unit processing energy consumption is reduced by 20% compared to conventional barley hulling equipment. The dry-process hulling technology eliminates the need for water resources and drying equipment, thereby reducing auxiliary resource inputs. Moreover, the core sand rollers are made of wear-resistant alloy material, ensuring a service life of over 8,000 hours and significantly lowering equipment operation and maintenance costs.

Easy to operate, stable performance

Equipped with PLC-based intelligent control, the machine enables fully automated operation throughout the entire process—from feeding and peeling to separation—requiring only one operator on duty. The equipment features a compact overall structure, and its transmission system has been optimized through dynamic balancing, ensuring that operational noise remains below 75 decibels. Additionally, the machine is fitted with an overload protection device, effectively preventing equipment damage caused by raw material blockages and guaranteeing continuous, stable production.

Multi-function compatibility for a single device, with wide-ranging application scenarios.

By breaking through the limitations of processing only single types of barley and by replacing the wear-resistant sand rollers with different specifications and precisely adjusting the material-compression gap, this machine can flexibly meet the hulling needs of various cereal crops such as wheat, highland barley, and oats, achieving a “multi-purpose” processing capability in a single machine.
