Breaking away from the single-processing limitations of traditional hullers, this machine can meet the hulling needs of more than eight common grains—including rice, millet, sorghum, oats, and buckwheat—by adjusting the spacing between rubber rollers (which is adjustable from 0.5 to 5 mm) and controlling the rotational speed of the impact disc. There’s no need to replace core components, making it ideal for small- and medium-sized processing enterprises that adopt a “multi-category, small-batch” production model and helping them reduce redundant equipment investments.

Flexible shelling, resulting in high product integrity.

By employing a composite process that combines wear-resistant rubber rollers with stainless steel impact plates, the rubber rollers achieve “gentle rubbing and hulling” (preventing grain breakage), while the impact plates ensure “precise impact for removing residual husks.” Under this dual-action approach, the grain-hulling rate exceeds 98%, and the grain breakage rate is strictly controlled to within 2%. The resulting finished grains are plump and free from defects, significantly enhancing market competitiveness.

Shell and kernel separation is highly efficient, requiring no secondary processing.

Equipped with a dual separation system—“air separation + screening”—the mixed kernel-and-shell material after shelling is first subjected to negative-pressure air separation to remove the lighter shells. Then, it passes through a vibrating screen to filter out fine shell fragments. This process ensures thorough separation of kernels from shells, with a shell inclusion rate in the kernels ≤0.3% and a kernel inclusion rate in the shells ≤0.5%. The finished product directly meets quality standards, eliminating the need for a secondary screening step and reducing labor and time costs.

Equipped with a 5.5 kW high-efficiency, energy-saving motor, this machine reduces energy consumption by 15%-20% compared to conventional hullers with the same production capacity. It also features an integrated “single-step hulling + simultaneous separation” design, eliminating energy losses associated with the coordination of multiple devices. Based on an 8-hour daily production schedule, each unit can save approximately 3,000 yuan in electricity costs annually, offering significant long-term cost advantages.

Easy to operate, low maintenance threshold.

The equipment features a user-friendly control panel that allows intuitive adjustment of parameters such as the spacing between rubber rollers, the rotational speed of the impact disc, and the air flow rate for air separation. New operators can independently run the machine after just one hour of training. The core components—rubber rollers and the impact disc—are designed with a quick-release mechanism, ensuring a long replacement cycle (the rubber rollers have a service life of up to 5,000 hours). Moreover, maintenance does not require specialized tools, thereby reducing operational complexity and costs.

Security compliance, suitable for long-term production.

All components that come into contact with grains are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and feature a finely polished surface, leaving no sanitary dead spots. They comply with the GB 12624 standard “Safety and Hygiene Requirements for Grain and Oil Processing Machinery.” Additionally, the equipment is equipped with an overload protection device (which automatically shuts down the machine when raw materials become blocked) and an emergency stop button, ensuring the safety and occupational health of operators and making it suitable for 24-hour continuous production needs.
