Ultra-high capacity adaptation to meet scalable production.

Specifically designed for large-scale production lines, this single unit boasts a capacity of 10–12 tons per hour—6 to 8 times that of conventional small- and medium-sized hullers. It is ideally suited to meet the needs of large-scale enterprises processing an average of 50–100 tons of soybeans per day. The equipment supports 24-hour continuous operation, with a failure rate of less than 0.5% during sustained use, effectively ensuring full-load production on the line and preventing bottlenecks in the hulling stage from impacting overall capacity.

Intelligent temperature-controlled drying delivers both superior peeling efficiency and quality.

Equipped with a three-layer intelligent temperature-controlled drying chamber, this system precisely regulates the drying temperature (35–45℃) and duration via a PLC system, stabilizing the moisture content of soybeans within the optimal range for peeling (12%–14%). This ensures that the moisture level is neither too high—leading to incomplete peeling (peeling efficiency ≤90%)—nor too low—causing bean kernels to break (breakage rate ≥8%). As a result, the system achieves industry-leading performance with a peeling efficiency of ≥98% and a bean kernel breakage rate of ≤3%.

Dual-roll synchronized peeling with high adjustment precision.

Adopting a linked design with dual sets of wear-resistant alloy rollers (hardness above HRC60), the gap between the rollers can be precisely adjusted via a servo motor (continuously adjustable from 0.2 to 0.5 mm), allowing flexible adaptation to different soybean particle sizes (5–8 mm) and varying skin hardness. The surface of the alloy rollers has undergone a special wire-drawing treatment, which not only ensures sufficient friction during peeling but also prevents scratching the surface of the soybean kernels. After processing, the soybean kernels retain their intact豆瓣 shape with no residual skin left behind.

Four-level wind selection separation, thorough shell-and-nut separation.

Innovative four-stage air-selection separation system: The first stage performs initial screening to remove large pieces of bean skins and impurities; the second stage uses air separation to isolate fine, fragmented skins; the third stage employs vibration screening to eliminate broken bean kernels; and the fourth stage utilizes negative pressure to remove dust and further purify the product. As a result, the rate of kernels remaining in the shells is reduced to ≤0.2%, and the rate of shells remaining in the kernels is reduced to ≤0.3%. The finished product requires no secondary processing and can directly proceed to subsequent stages, thereby minimizing losses during intermediate steps and enhancing raw material utilization.

Full-process intelligent control with low labor costs.

Equipped with a PLC-based intelligent control system and supporting touch-screen operation, this machine can display in real time key parameters such as drying temperature, roller pressing gap, air separation airflow, and production capacity. It features parameter memory, fault alarms (e.g., raw material blockage, motor overload), and automatic shutdown protection. The entire process requires only one operator on duty, reducing the number of operators needed by 3–4 compared to conventional equipment, thereby significantly lowering labor costs.

High durability, controllable operational and maintenance costs.

The core components are made from highly wear-resistant materials: the alloy rollers have a service life of up to 12,000 hours—three times that of conventional carbon steel rollers. The inner lining of the drying chamber is made of 304 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant and easy to clean), and the transmission system features imported bearings with a low failure rate. The equipment is equipped with a scheduled maintenance reminder function, and key components are designed for quick removal and replacement, reducing maintenance time to within one hour. As a result, long-term operation and maintenance costs are 20% lower than those of similar equipment.
