Device Introduction
The HuaYu Wantong Corn Peeling and Polishing Machine primarily features functions such as corn peeling, wheat peeling, and rice milling. It comes in five models of varying sizes, with an hourly processing capacity ranging from 1 to 4 tons (for corn, wheat, sorghum, rice, and other grains). Following a recent product upgrade, we are now introducing a new dual-body corn peeling and polishing machine capable of processing 6 to 8 tons per hour. The working principle involves feeding cleaned, rough corn through the feed inlet into the peeling chamber of the machine. By precisely controlling the feed rate at the inlet and adjusting the pressure of the pressure valve, the peeling chamber is pressurized. As the material moves between the rotating drum and the screening device, it undergoes compression, grinding, and peeling, removing the germ, dark hilum, and surface impurities while simultaneously being polished. Under the action of airflow, the kernel and bran are separated, yielding pure corn kernels (corn grits).
This machine features a novel design, advanced structure, and elegant appearance. Its fine-bran collection device effectively captures bran particles, resulting in low dust concentration and ensuring hygienic safety. Replacing the belt does not require disassembling the main shaft, making operation and maintenance convenient and the machine highly versatile. Primarily used for corn processing—specifically for peeling, removing the germ, eliminating black star spots, and polishing—this machine represents an ideal choice for upgrading and replacing equipment in China’s small- and medium-sized corn-processing industries. Through modifications, this machine has also found widespread application in the rice-milling industry.
