The NF-280 corn peeling and polishing machine is primarily used for peeling and polishing corn, millet, sorghum, and rice. As the material moves between the rotating drum and the screening device, it undergoes compression and grinding to remove the husk, germ, black hilum, and polish the kernels. Under the action of airflow, the kernel and bran are separated, while the husk and impurities are collected uniformly by a cyclone separator. This machine features a unique rotating octagonal-screen design and an advanced air-inlet structure at the kernel-discharge end, resulting in low breakage rates, minimal broken grains, and thorough separation of corn kernels from bran. The machine can be integrated into small- and medium-sized complete processing systems or operated as a standalone unit.
