Working principle
I. Core Operational Logic
This production line centers on “fully dry physical separation + precise processing.” Leveraging coordinated equipment operations, it capitalizes on inherent differences in particle size, specific gravity, magnetic properties, adhesion, and color among bean components (endosperm, hulls) and impurities. Through a progressive process of "multi-stage purification - hulling and impurity removal - Grading and Milling" progressive process to transform beans into powder. The key highlight is the complete absence of additional water throughout the process, maintaining the raw material's natural dry state (moisture ≤12%). This approach avoids wastewater pollution and product spoilage risks associated with wet processing while significantly preserving nutrients like protein and dietary fiber. Through precise equipment control, it produces bean powder with high purity, uniform particle size, and extended shelf life.
II. Core Equipment Synergy Logic
Production line equipment achieves effective coordination through “parameter adaptation + closed-loop process”:
1. In the pre-treatment stage, the grain cleaner, stone remover, and magnetic separator operate sequentially to eliminate impurities based on particle size, specific gravity, and magnetic properties. This provides the dehulling machine with clean, uniform raw materials, preventing impurities from affecting the dehulling process.
2. Huayu Wantong's bean dehulling machine and de-dusting machine operate in tandem. Immediately after dehulling, bean skins and fine dust are removed, reducing interference with the color sorter's recognition accuracy and enhancing sorting efficiency.
3. Color sorters connect to grading and screening equipment. Purified raw materials are directed to milling after grading: large particles are recycled, medium particles are accurately milled, and fine particles are directly recovered. This creates a closed-loop “processing-grading-recycling” system that ensures product quality while achieving over 98% raw material utilization.
4. An automated control system centrally manages operational parameters (e.g., vibration frequency, airflow velocity, grinding clearance) across all equipment. Combined with the drying environment of the fully dry process, this ensures consistent particle size, purity, and moisture content for every batch of bean powder, delivering exceptional production stability.
