Working principle
I. Core Operational Logic
This production line centers on “flexible physical hulling + precise grading and purification.” Addressing the characteristics of sweet buckwheat—thin, moderately tough hulls and plump, easily damaged endosperm—it leverages coordinated equipment to exploit differences in particle size, specific gravity, color variations, and the contrast in toughness between the thin, brittle husk and the resilient endosperm. Through a comprehensive physical process encompassing "conveying - multi-stage purification - flexible hulling - density sorting - optical sorting - sealed preservation." This achieves complete impurity removal, gentle hull separation, and standardized sweet buckwheat kernel output without chemical additives or additional softening treatments. It balances hulling rate (≥96%), kernel integrity (damage rate ≤2%), and nutrient retention to meet large-scale production goals.
II. Equipment Synergy Logic
1. Purification equipment (vibrating cleaning screen + destoner) progressively removes large impurities, small impurities, and heavy impurities, providing “clean and uniform” raw materials for flexible hulling. This prevents impurities from causing uneven hulling or equipment wear.
2. Huayu Wantong's flexible polishing machine and sorter operate in tandem, recycling unhulled sweet buckwheat for secondary processing to enhance hulling efficiency. Post-polishing, the clean surface of sweet buckwheat kernels improves optical sorting accuracy by over 20%, reducing misclassification.
3. The entire process integrates equipment parameters (conveyor speed, vibration frequency, hulling gap/rotation speed, color sorting threshold) through variable frequency systems and infrared monitoring. This achieves seamless integration of “conveying - purification - hulling - refinement - storage,” ensuring batch consistency ≥98%.
