The HTZ-3B Corn Dehulling, Gritting, and Flour-Making Machine (formerly known as the Energy-Saving Rice and Flour Machine) is a compact, integrated corn-processing unit that combines dehulling, gritting, flour milling, and product grading—all in one machine. Clean raw corn kernels are fed into the machine’s inlet, where they undergo dehulling, germ removal, and black-spot elimination, transforming the corn into corn kernels. The kernels are then crushed into grits, and the resulting mixed material is graded into three finished products: medium grits, fine grits (corn bran), and corn flour.
