Device Introduction
The GSS series scraper conveyor is a continuous conveying device that operates within a closed, rectangular-section housing. It uses a moving roller chain equipped with plastic scrapers mounted on the chain to convey various types of bulk materials—materials that are difficult to handle with other continuous conveying equipment. The scraper conveyor features excellent sealing performance; the material is conveyed inside a closed trough without spilling or leaking, offering effective dust-proof, water-proof, anti-toxic, and explosion-proof capabilities. This significantly improves working conditions and prevents environmental pollution. The conveyor’s process layout is highly flexible, allowing it to transport materials in various directions. It can operate either as a standalone unit or be arranged in combinations for serial conveying. Moreover, it can handle both single-point feeding and discharging as well as multi-point feeding and discharging. The scraper conveyor is compact in size and requires a small footprint, making it suitable for use in relatively narrow workspaces. Due to its simple structure, easy installation, convenient operation and maintenance, and reliable and safe operation, the scraper conveyor can be installed either horizontally or at an inclination angle of less than 15 degrees. o Small-angle installation.
