Device Introduction
The pneumatic intelligent servo flour mill is a milling and grinding equipment used in the grain-processing industry for cereals such as corn and wheat. It automatically adjusts the gap between the grinding rollers according to the characteristics of the material being processed. The mill primarily produces flour by means of a pair of grinding rollers that rotate at different speeds and relative to each other. During operation, the material undergoes compression, shear, and scraping forces, achieving the desired crushing and grinding effect. Each flour mill is equipped with two independent sets of transmission, feeding, and grinding systems, each performing its own specific function within the flour-processing circuit.
The pneumatic intelligent servo pulverizer is suitable for use with large- and medium-sized complete sets of equipment for the co-production of corn, coarse grains, and wheat. It can also be applied to material crushing in distilleries and feed mills.
