The HW series of cold-type fiber pulverizers, pulverizers, and ultra-fine pulverizers are newly developed whole-grain low-temperature milling devices by Huayu Wantong. The fineness of the milled powder can be adjusted freely between 80 mesh and 2,000 mesh. This series of pulverizers employs an automatic ice-water circulation system, ensuring that trace elements in the powder remain intact, the material does not heat up or undergo any chemical changes, and offering high output with low loss and easy operation. They are suitable for processing nutritious coarse grains as well as various materials that cannot be crushed at room temperature, such as beans, corn, naked oats, buckwheat, traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, and chemical raw materials.

This pulverizer consists of an ice-water air compressor, a material distributor, an alloy flipping blade disc, a double-layer grinding chamber, a powder-degree impeller, an intelligent powder humidifier, an intelligent automatic lubrication system, a bearing housing, a fan, a pulse dust collector, a cyclone separator, a damper, and an integrated electrical control system.

When producing fine powder with a mesh size of 100, the electricity consumption per ton of material is 55 kilowatt-hours, which is lower than that of conventional grinding machines, enabling grain conservation, loss reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.

Double-layer milling chamber with 0–2°C ice water circulation keeps the material at room temperature, preventing heat generation during milling and ensuring that nutrients remain intact.
