Device Introduction
The HTZ28-5B corn peeling, gritting, and milling unit is a compact, integrated processing equipment that combines corn peeling and polishing, grit production, flour milling, and air classification into one system. Clean raw corn kernels are fed into the inlet, where they undergo peeling, germ removal, and black spot elimination. The peeled corn kernels are then crushed into grits, and the resulting mixed material is graded to separate the finished products into three categories: medium grits, fine grits, and corn flour.
The HTZ28-5B corn peeling, gritting, and milling unit features single-motor drive, offering energy efficiency and compact footprint. It can produce grits of various sizes according to customer requirements, making it an excellent assistant for corn processing. In some regions, a diesel engine can also be configured as the power source.
