The rice hulling machine employs flexible shelling technology, while the sorghum peeling machine uses gradient friction peeling, perfectly tailored to the “hard shell and thick skin” characteristics of sorghum. It achieves a shelling and peeling rate of ≥96% and a breakage rate of ≤2.5%, effectively addressing the common pain points of conventional equipment—“incomplete shelling” and “excessive kernel damage.”

High-quality finished products

A multi-stage purification process—“secondary magnetic separation + two-stage impurity removal + skinning and polishing + graded screening”—yields a finished product with a purity of ≥99.5%, an integrity rate of ≥97%, and a brightness of ≥90%. The product is free of impurities, has uniform color, and meets food-processing standards.

The entire process features integrated, automated equipment operation, with a daily processing capacity ranging from 50 to 200 tons. It minimizes manual intervention and ensures batch production consistency of ≥98%. Unshelled and unpeeled granules are returned for secondary processing, while broken rice can be recycled for sorghum flour production, achieving a comprehensive raw material utilization rate of ≥97%.

The vibrating grading screen enables multi-specification grading. High-quality, whole sorghum grains are ideal for staple food and mixed-grain combinations, while broken grains are suitable for further processing, meeting the needs of various scenarios including food processing, retail consumption, and catering.

The entire processing is conducted through physical methods, without high-temperature damage or chemical intervention, ensuring that core nutrients such as sorghum dietary fiber and polyphenols are retained at a rate of ≥95%. The finished-product storage facility features triple protection—moisture-proofing, ventilation, and pest control—combined with precise moisture control during the processing stage, enabling the sorghum rice to maintain its quality for up to 8–12 months. This approach strikes a balance between nutritional activity and storage stability, making it well-suited for both long-term distribution and end-consumer demand.

I. Core Operational Logic

This production line centers on a “multi-stage precision purification + flexible hulling and dehusking + polishing for quality enhancement” approach. Addressing sorghum's characteristics of “hard outer shells, thick seed coats, and fragile endosperm,” it leverages progressive equipment coordination. By exploiting differences in particle size, specific gravity, and magnetic properties between sorghum and impurities, along with the material contrast between the hard outer shell and the flexible endosperm, the process achieves: the material differences between the pericarp (tough) and endosperm (flexible). Through a comprehensive physical treatment process—“physical purification → gentle hulling → grain-bran separation → deep dehusking → polishing for brightness → grading and screening”—it achieves “complete impurity removal, gentle shell/skin separation, and full endosperm retention.” No chemical additives are used throughout the process. Processing intensity is strictly controlled to ensure a dehulling/dehulling rate ≥96% and a breakage rate ≤2.5%, fully preserving core nutrients and producing high-purity, uniformly sized, high-gloss premium sorghum grains.

II. Core Logic of Equipment Synergy

1. Progressive purification equipment progressively removes impurities, supplying “clean and uniform” raw materials for dehulling and dehusking to prevent uneven processing and equipment wear;
