Working principle
I. Core Operational Logic
This production line centers on a “multi-stage precision purification + flexible hulling and dehusking + polishing for quality enhancement” approach. Addressing sorghum's characteristics of “hard outer shells, thick seed coats, and fragile endosperm,” it leverages progressive equipment coordination. By exploiting differences in particle size, specific gravity, and magnetic properties between sorghum and impurities, along with the material contrast between the hard outer shell and the flexible endosperm, the process achieves: the material differences between the pericarp (tough) and endosperm (flexible). Through a comprehensive physical treatment process—“physical purification → gentle hulling → grain-bran separation → deep dehusking → polishing for brightness → grading and screening”—it achieves “complete impurity removal, gentle shell/skin separation, and full endosperm retention.” No chemical additives are used throughout the process. Processing intensity is strictly controlled to ensure a dehulling/dehulling rate ≥96% and a breakage rate ≤2.5%, fully preserving core nutrients and producing high-purity, uniformly sized, high-gloss premium sorghum grains.
II. Core Logic of Equipment Synergy
1. Progressive purification equipment progressively removes impurities, supplying “clean and uniform” raw materials for dehulling and dehusking to prevent uneven processing and equipment wear;
2. Dehulling and dehusking equipment form an integrated “preliminary processing + fine purification + recirculation reuse” system, balancing efficiency and integrity;
3. Two-stage magnetic separation provides comprehensive iron removal from raw materials to finished products, ensuring food safety;
4. Polishing and grading are interconnected: enhancing appearance followed by specification-based sorting to meet diverse downstream demands;
5. Precise parameter control throughout the process (vibration frequency, roller gap, rotational speed) enables seamless integration of “purification - shelling - peeling - polishing - grading - storage,” ensuring batch consistency ≥98%.
