Working principle
I. Core Operational Logic
This production line centers on “precise purification and impurity removal + low-loss hulling + gentle saponin removal + quality enhancement and purification.” Addressing quinoa's characteristics—hard, spiny husks; bitter saponins adhering to the surface; fragile, easily damaged endosperm, and the requirement for finished products to be bitter-free and high-gloss.“ Leveraging designated equipment for progressive coordination, it utilizes differences in particle size, specific gravity, friction coefficient, and color between quinoa and impurities, as well as material variations between the husk (hard and spiny), saponin layer (loose), and endosperm (flexible). Through the full physical processing sequence of ”physical purification - gentle dehulling - Gentle Saponin Removal - Polishing & Brightening - Grading & Screening - Optical Purification“ to achieve ”complete impurity removal, gentle husk separation, uniform and glossy finished product, and precise defect elimination." The entire process is chemical-free, with strict control over dehulling intensity and saponin removal strength. This ensures a dehulling rate ≥98%, saponin removal rate ≥99%, breakage rate ≤2%, and finished product purity ≥99.6%. It fully preserves core nutrients like quinoa protein and dietary fiber, producing a bitter-free, high-purity, uniformly sized, and high-gloss quinoa product.
II. Core Equipment Synergy Logic
1. Purification - Seamless Hulling Integration: After impurity removal by the stone remover, the hulling machine receives highly clean, uniform raw material. This prevents impurities from entangling with quinoa husks, ensuring consistent hulling and enhancing efficiency.
2. Dehulling - Saponin Removal Synergy: After the dehulling machine removes the hard shell, the saponin layer on the quinoa surface is exposed. The gentle grinding of the saponin removal machine specifically targets this layer, eliminating saponins without damaging the endosperm, eliminating the need for additional pretreatment.
3. De-saponification - Polishing Synergy: Residual grinding particles after de-saponification are simultaneously removed through gentle friction in the polishing machine. This cleans the surface and enhances appearance while streamlining processing steps.
4. Grading and Color Sorting Dual Purification: The grading machine first separates physically non-compliant particles (unhusked, broken grains), while the color sorter then removes color defects and residual impurities. This dual screening ensures the finished product is “bitter-free, impurity-free, and uniformly sized”;
5. Low-Loss Quality Control Throughout: From the flexible rubber rollers of the dehusker and gentle pressure of the saponin remover to the soft brushes of the polisher, hard contact and violent collisions are avoided throughout. Total breakage rate ≤2%, core nutrient retention rate ≥96%.
