The steam heat exchanger, mashing machine, and steaming mechanism together create a “two-stage maturation process,” achieving an amylose gelatinization degree of ≥95% for a soft and chewy texture. Throughout the entire process, temperature is carefully controlled in a low-to-moderate gradient, ensuring a β-glucan retention rate of ≥90%, perfectly aligning with the demands of healthy food products.

Break-resistant design throughout the entire process.

From the airflow buffering in the circulating air separator to the enhanced flexibility of the wheat-conditioning machine and the soft design of the anti-breakage conveying equipment, the entire process ensures a breakage rate of no more than 3%, resulting in high product integrity.

Purification grading is accurate and effective.

Four-stage purification process—“stone-removal washing + flat rotary screen + circulating air separation + color sorting”—yields a finished product with a purity of ≥99.7% and a color uniformity of ≥99%, meeting high-end food processing standards.

Moisture regulation is stable.

The wheat conditioning machine, drying machine, and drying & cooling machine form a closed-loop moisture control system, with moisture deviations at each stage kept within ±0.5%. This prevents the finished product from reabsorbing moisture and clumping or becoming excessively dry and brittle.

Automation effectively reduces costs.

The entire process features integrated, automated equipment operation, with a daily processing capacity ranging from 50 to 200 tons, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention. Designs such as hot-air circulation and pulse dust removal help lower energy consumption and environmental impact, while achieving a comprehensive raw material utilization rate of ≥98%.

This production line centers on “precise moisture control + gentle conditioning for quality enhancement + anti-fragmentation shaping.” Addressing oats' inherent characteristics—starch prone to gelatinization, grains susceptible to damage, and the need to preserve β-glucan—it employs a progressive equipment synergy: "purification and impurity removal → grain conditioning and moisture adjustment → staged conditioning - Drying and shaping - Grading and packaging.“ By leveraging oats' processing characteristics in moisture content, density, and color, it employs a full-process physical treatment of ”physical purification + moist-heat maturation + low-temperature drying + precise grading.“ This achieves ”complete impurity removal, intact grains without breakage, and uniform, soft, and chewy finished products." With zero chemical additives and strict temperature/humidity gradient control, this process ensures ≥95% maturation and ≤3% breakage rate while preserving core nutrients. The result is oat flakes with uniform color, soft texture, and extended shelf life.

II. Core Logic of Equipment Synergy

1. Progressive purification equipment removes impurities, supplying “clean and uniform” raw materials for subsequent processing. This prevents contaminants from affecting maturation consistency and equipment lifespan.

2. Moisture control equipment forms a closed-loop system: The grain pre-moistener sets initial moisture levels, while the roaster and dryer-cooler progressively reduce humidity. Moisture deviation across stages remains ≤±0.5%, ensuring processing stability;

3. Maturation equipment operates in tandem: The steam heat exchanger provides constant-temperature heat, while the steamer + roaster achieves “initial gelatinization + deep maturation,” enhancing texture and nutrient retention;

4. Anti-breakage design throughout the process: From air-classification buffering and malt softening to gentle conveying and anti-adhesion pellet cutting, maintaining breakage rate ≤3% across all stages;

5. Seamless grading and packaging integration: After color-sorting purification, anti-breakage conveying equipment transfers products in sealed containers to packaging machines. Vacuum sealing ensures product shelf life and nutritional integrity.
