Pneumatic rice hulling machine + two-stage gradient milling design—achieving a hulling rate of ≥98% and a broken-rice rate of ≤3%, far exceeding that of conventional production lines (where the broken-rice rate typically ranges from 5% to 8%), thus ensuring the integrity of the finished grains and an excellent eating texture.

Double polishing enhances quality, resulting in superior condition.

The Huayu Wantong flexible polishing machine combined with a mist polishing machine delivers finished products with a brightness of ≥95%, featuring a smooth, lustrous finish that effectively addresses the common pain point of ordinary millet—“rough surface and insufficient gloss”—making it ideal for high-end retail environments.

High purification and refining degree

“Vibrating screen + Gravity stone remover + Dual-chamber sieve + Cyclonic husk extractor + Two-stage color sorter + Double magnetic separator”—a seven-stage purification process that achieves a removal rate of ≥99.5% for all types of impurities, magnetic metals, and defective particles; the finished product boasts a purity level of ≥99.7%, with no impurities and no defects.

Temperature-controlled for nutrient preservation, safe and high-quality.

Multiple air-cooling and temperature-reducing processes prevent high-temperature processing, ensuring a core nutrient retention rate of ≥96% for millet. The entire production process relies on physical methods without any chemical additives, and double magnetic separation guarantees safety, meeting the high-end food standards specified in GB 1351-2008 “Wheat” (with millet being applicable by reference).

Automation is effective, reducing costs and boosting efficiency.

The entire process is fully automated and seamlessly integrated—from purification and hulling to milling, polishing, grading, and color sorting. A single production line requires only 2–3 operators and can process 100–500 tons per day. Unhulled and unmilled grains are returned for reprocessing, while broken rice can be recycled for use in millet flour production and meal replacement products, achieving a comprehensive raw material utilization rate of ≥98%.

Its brush roller is highly wear-resistant and durable (with a service life of ≥3,000 hours), and it’s easy to disassemble and clean. I. Core Operational Logic

This production line centers on “flexible hulling and rough separation + deep precision milling + multi-stage grading and purification.” Addressing sorghum's characteristics of “hard outer shells, thick seed coats, and fragile endosperm,” it leverages progressive equipment coordination. By exploiting differences in particle size, specific gravity, pneumatic adaptability, and color between sorghum and impurities, along with material variations in shell (rigid), toughness of the seed coat, and flexibility of the endosperm. Through a comprehensive physical treatment process— - polishing - optical purification“ to achieve ”complete impurity removal, gentle husk/skin separation, unhusked grain recirculation, intact endosperm, and defect elimination." No chemical additives are used throughout the process. Strict control of processing parameters ensures a dehulling/dehulling rate ≥98%, damage rate ≤1.8%, and nutrient retention rate ≥96%, producing high-purity, uniform-grain, high-gloss sorghum rice.

II. Core Logic of Equipment Synergy

1. Progressive purification equipment progressively removes impurities, supplying high-cleanliness raw materials for hulling and milling to prevent uneven processing and equipment wear;

2. Hulling - Dehulling coordination: Unhulled grains are recycled for reuse, balancing hulling efficiency and raw material utilization;

3. Milling and grading are interconnected, with gradient milling ensuring proper dehusking while multi-stage screening separates substandard grains to control breakage rates;

4. Polishing and color sorting complement each other, enabling precise defect removal after appearance grading to ensure high-quality, uniform finished products;

5. Precise parameter matching throughout the process (air pressure, rotational speed, clearance, etc.) enables seamless integration of “purification - hulling - milling - grading - refinement - storage,” achieving batch consistency ≥98.5%.
