This 24-ton-per-day corn micronized powder production line is a specialized system developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd ispecifically for processing corn varieties from Northwest China and meeting the demands of micronized powder production. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for corn micronization and features a fully automated control system that combines “intelligent grinding + grading and purification.” The line covers the entire process—from corn cleaning and germ removal to ultra-fine grinding, graded screening, sterile packaging, and byproduct recovery.
This daily-processing production line, capable of handling 800 tons of corn per day and designed for corn germ extraction, grit production, and flour milling, is independently developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It integrates multiple core patented technologies and features a fully automated control system based on the “intelligent central hub + segmented operation” approach. The system can simultaneously achieve highly efficient production of three major product categories: corn germ extraction, grit production, and flour milling. It covers the entire process—from raw grain cleaning and stone removal to germ separation, grinding, grading, selective sorting, and recovery of by-products.

Anhui Suzhou 200-ton-per-day corn processing complete set project
In 2017, the turnkey corn-processing project with a daily capacity of 200 tons, designed and constructed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, was delivered to the customer for use in Suzhou, Anhui Province. The production line is designed to meet diverse finished-product requirements based on customer needs and features a steel-frame structure that is energy-efficient and highly productive.
In 2014,Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd designed and constructed a deep-processing project for 25,000-ton high-gluten corn flour in Yilan, Heilongjiang Province. The project included the procurement and installation of two corn-processing production lines, with an annual capacity to process 105,000 tons of corn raw materials. The annual output consists of 20,000 tons of high-gluten corn flour, 45,000 tons of corn grits, and 35,000 tons of by-products, including corn germ and corn husks.
