As a flagship benchmark project developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, this initiative leverages an integrated “one-line-three-products” process, ultra-large-capacity intelligent equipment, and end-to-end service capabilities, injecting core momentum into the high-value-added upgrading of the local corn industry in the project’s region and showcasing China’s leading-edge strength in large-scale, deep-processing grain machinery and equipment.

 

The “Tianzi No. 1” project is positioned as a leading, deeply processed corn enterprise in the region. Located in the heart of China’s primary corn-producing area, the project leverages abundant local raw grain supplies and convenient logistics to build a comprehensive, end-to-end industrial chain encompassing “centralized procurement of raw grains—highly refined processing—diversified product output.” In recent years, China’s deep-processing corn industry has been accelerating its transformation toward larger-scale operations, greater integration, and higher value-added products. As a result, there is an urgent market demand for large-scale, integrated equipment that can simultaneously perform multiple functions, including germ extraction, grit production, and flour milling. This daily processing line, capable of handling 800 tons of corn per day and designed for germ extraction, grit production, and flour milling, is independently developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It integrates multiple core patented technologies and features a fully automated control system based on the “intelligent central hub + segmented operation” approach. The line can simultaneously achieve highly efficient production of three major product categories: germ extraction, grit production, and flour milling. It covers the entire process—from raw grain cleaning and stone removal to germ separation, grinding, grading, selective sorting, and byproduct recovery—requiring only 8 to 10 operators to ensure 24-hour continuous operation. Compared to traditional single-product lines, this system reduces labor costs by more than 70% and boosts overall production efficiency by over four times. To meet the stability requirements of large-scale production, the line is equipped with corn-specific units custom-designed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, ensuring a germ extraction rate consistently above 93% and a germ integrity rate of 89%. The grit and flour production rates can be flexibly adjusted according to market demand (grit production rate: 42%-48%; flour production rate: 35%-40%). The impurity content of the final products is below 0.3%, making it an ideal raw material for germ oil processing while also enabling the production of corn grits and flours in various specifications suitable for diverse applications, including staple food, animal feed, and deep-processing food products.
