Project Introduction
In 2014, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd designed and constructed a deep-processing project for 25,000-ton high-gluten corn flour in Yilan, Heilongjiang Province. The project included the procurement and installation of two corn-processing production lines, with an annual capacity to process 105,000 tons of corn raw materials. The annual output consists of 20,000 tons of high-gluten corn flour, 45,000 tons of corn grits, and 35,000 tons of by-products, including corn germ and corn husks.

The 25,000-ton deep-processing production line for high-gluten corn flour, designed and constructed by Henan Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd for our factory, produces annually 20,000 tons of high-gluten corn flour—the main product—as well as 45,000 tons of corn grits. Additionally, it yields 35,000 tons of by-products, including corn germ and corn husks. This entire production line processes raw grains entirely into finished products, generating exceptionally high economic benefits.
