Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has successfully undertaken the construction of a 24-ton-per-day corn micronization production line for Xinjiang Changji Prefecture Jinhui Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. As a flagship project that underscores Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s deep-rooted presence in the northwest region’s mixed-grain production areas, this project—featuring precise micronization technology, adaptable smart equipment, and customized services—injects new momentum into Changji’s corn industry as it transitions toward refinement and higher value-added production. Changji is located in the heart of the northern Xinjiang Plain and is one of Xinjiang’s major corn-producing regions. Relying on abundant sunlight and thermal resources, the corn grown here boasts high starch content and excellent quality. The annual planting area exceeds 4 million mu, and a solid “cultivation—primary processing” industrial base has been established. In recent years, the local area has focused on improving the quality and efficiency of the corn industry, vigorously promoting a shift in processing models—from “primary products” to “fine processing.” There is an urgent need for efficient equipment that is well-suited to local corn characteristics and meets the stringent standards for micronized powder production. Leveraging nearly three decades of experience in R&D of corn-processing equipment and extensive service experience in the northwest region,Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd was selected through a rigorous bidding process and has tailored a customized micronized corn powder production line solution specifically for Jinshui Agriculture. 

 

This 24-ton-per-day corn micronized powder production line is a specialized system developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for processing Northwestern corn varieties and meeting the demands of micronized powder production. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for corn micronization and features a fully automated control system that combines “intelligent grinding + grading and purification.” The line covers the entire process—from corn cleaning and germ removal to ultra-fine grinding, graded screening, aseptic packaging, and byproduct recovery—requiring only 2–3 operators for efficient operation. Compared with traditional micronized powder equipment, this line reduces labor costs by more than 45% and boosts production efficiency by a factor of 2.5. To meet the critical requirements for uniform particle size and high purity in corn micronized powder, the production line is equipped with a custom-designed corn micronized powder unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, capable of precisely producing micronized powders of various specifications ranging from 100 to 200 mesh. The finished product boasts a purity level exceeding 99% and a moisture content kept below 8%. This makes it suitable not only for high-end applications such as food additives and dietary supplement ingredients but also for meeting the precise formulation needs of animal feed, thereby enabling the high-value transformation of raw grains.
