Hua Yu Wan Tong designs a 60-ton dual-product production line tailored to customer needs, with the primary finished products being corn grits and corn flour. In accordance with the requirement for highly automated equipment, the production line comprises multiple steps—from raw grain cleaning and dehulling to polishing, grit production, flour milling, and sieving—ensuring that the equipment meets the customer’s specific requirements.
This project was meticulously developed by LUSHAN WIN TONE ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. Adhering to the production philosophy of “food security and safe food,” the process design incorporates a semi-dry processing method, a rigorously intensive cleaning process, and advanced peeling and polishing equipment.
