The Nissan 100-ton wheat milling equipment features a long milling process route, giving equal importance to the bran, germ, and endosperm, ensuring balanced flour production with high yield, fine flour quality, bright white color, and excellent gluten strength. The material-handling system in the milling rooms employs a segregated conveying system; wheat is transported via bucket elevators, and an additional low-pressure air-dust collection system is used for efficient dust removal, resulting in excellent raw-grain cleaning and a clean workshop environment.
