Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and optimization of complete grain processing equipment projects. Based on customer requirements, develop production process plans for grain production lines, ensuring that designs meet both production efficiency and quality standards. According to process requirements, design and plan the process flows for flour, coarse grains, cereals, rice, buckwheat, highland barley, and other grain processing production lines. Complete equipment selection, layout design, and preparation of related technical documentation. Participate in preliminary project research, analyze customer needs and project feasibility, and provide professional process design recommendations. Coordinate work with other departments (such as mechanical design, electrical design, and engineering management) to ensure that process designs are aligned with and feasible within the overall project plan. Track the project implementation process, resolve technical issues arising during design, provide on-site technical support, and ensure smooth project commissioning. Work closely with the project team to complete project acceptance, ensuring that designs comply with customer requirements and industry standards. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Grain Engineering, Mechanical Design, Automation, Food Science and Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates also welcome). Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in grain processing equipment design or a related field (recent graduates must possess solid professional knowledge and strong learning ability). Professional Skills: Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D modeling tools. Familiar with the performance and selection of grain processing equipment, and knowledgeable about relevant process parameters and standards. Familiar with grain processing production processes and equipment principles, and capable of independently completing process designs. Familiar with policies, regulations, and technical standards in the grain processing industry. Knowledge Base: Grain processing production processes and equipment principles. Design and optimization of grain storage and logistics systems. Familiar with grain processing automation technologies and the application of intelligent equipment.
