As a key benchmark project demonstrating Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s deep engagement in the northern China region—a major production area for miscellaneous grains—this project leverages customized processes tailored to the unique characteristics of Longhua millet, intelligent and highly efficient equipment, and end-to-end comprehensive services. Longhua is located in the Yanshan mountainous region of northern Hebei Province and features a temperate continental monsoon climate characterized by significant diurnal temperature variations and mineral-rich soils. These uniquely favorable natural conditions have endowed Longhua millet with outstanding qualities—round, plump grains, a rich, fragrant aroma, and a deeply nourishing flavor. Longhua is a core production area for "Yanshan Millet." The local millet-growing tradition dates back centuries, with annual cultivated acreage exceeding 150,000 mu, and a robust industrial foundation has been established, encompassing both cultivation and primary processing. In recent years, as consumer upgrades have driven up demand for high-quality coarse grains, Longhua has focused on enhancing the quality and efficiency of its millet industry. There is an urgent need for an intelligent processing line that is tailored to local varieties while balancing production capacity and product quality, thereby addressing longstanding challenges in traditional processing, such as high rates of broken grains, inconsistent product quality, and low efficiency. Leveraging nearly three decades of experience in R&D of coarse-grain processing equipment and extensive service expertise in North China’s production regions, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd was selected through a rigorous bidding process and has now custom-designed a specialized solution for Hengfeng Agriculture.

This 60-ton-per-day millet production line is specialized equipment developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for the unique characteristics of Longhua millet grains. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for processing miscellaneous grains and features a fully automated control system that employs “intelligent cleaning + precise hulling + graded purification.” The line covers the entire process—from raw grain cleaning and stone removal to hulling, milling, grading, color sorting, finished-product packaging, and byproduct recovery—enabling one-stop processing from raw grains all the way to premium-quality millet. The production line requires only 3–4 operators to run continuously around the clock, reducing labor costs by more than 55% compared to traditional semi-automatic equipment and boosting overall production efficiency by a factor of 2.8, making it an ideal match for local large-scale processing needs.

Addressing industry pain points such as incomplete hulling, high broken-rice rate, and nutrient loss during millet processing, the production line is equipped with a custom YMN-6 millet-specific milling unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. This unit employs a scientifically optimized process featuring “low-temperature gentle milling plus multi-stage screening.” Under full-load operation at 60 tons per day, the hulling rate remains consistently above 99%, the whole-grain yield reaches 92%, and the broken-rice rate is strictly controlled within 3%. At the same time, the process maximizes the preservation of millet germ and natural nutritional components. The finished millet product has an impurity content below 0.2%, exhibits uniform color, and boasts a soft, chewy texture, making it ideally suited for high-end supermarkets, e-commerce gift boxes, and deep-processing applications—thus significantly enhancing the product’s added value. Moreover, the production line can flexibly adjust processing specifications to meet the personalized demands of different customers regarding millet particle size and purity, providing strong support for businesses to expand their market reach.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating engineering design, R&D, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance services, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd leverages the Henan Province Corn and Coarse Grain Complete Engineering Technology Research Center to establish a comprehensive R&D and service system for coarse grain processing equipment.
