Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd is undertaking the construction of a 100-ton-per-day sweet buckwheat production line in Bayannur.

Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has successfully completed the construction of a 100-ton-per-day comprehensive processing line for sweet buckwheat for Nongfeng Coarse Grains Processing Co., Ltd. in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia. As a flagship project demonstrating Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s deep-rooted presence in the coarse grains production areas of northern Xinjiang, this project—featuring specialized processing techniques for sweet buckwheat, intelligently adapted equipment, and end-to-end services—will inject strong momentum into the extension of the Bayannur sweet buckwheat industry’s value chain and the enhancement of its added value, thereby highlighting the core competitiveness of China’s grain-processing machinery and equipment in the field of specialty coarse grains processing.

Bayannaoer is located in the Hetao Plain in western Inner Mongolia, an area characterized by abundant sunshine and significant temperature differences between day and night. It is a key production region for high-quality tartary buckwheat in China. Thanks to its plump grains and rich nutritional content, local tartary buckwheat enjoys an excellent reputation in the mixed-grain market. In recent years, leveraging its abundant tartary buckwheat resources, Bayannaoer has vigorously promoted the transformation of its mixed-grain industry—from “raw material export” to “high-value deep processing.” Many villages and towns have boosted their collective economic income by scaling up tartary buckwheat cultivation. However, the rough and fragmented nature of the processing stage has become a bottleneck hindering further industrial upgrading. Relying on nearly three decades of experience in developing mixed-grain processing equipment and extensive service expertise in northern production areas, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has precisely tailored customized tartary buckwheat processing solutions to meet local needs, making it the core contractor for this project.

This 100-ton-per-day comprehensive processing line for sweet buckwheat is a specialized production system developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for the characteristics of sweet buckwheat seeds. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for processing miscellaneous grains and features a fully automated control system that employs a “graded pre-processing + precise hulling + diversified processing” approach. The system covers the entire process—from cleaning and grading sweet buckwheat to removing stones, hulling, peeling, grinding, sorting finished products, and recovering by-products—enabling flexible production of diverse end products such as buckwheat groats, buckwheat flour, and buckwheat bran. With just 4–5 operators, the line can run continuously around the clock, reducing labor costs by more than 60% compared to traditional segmented processing methods and boosting overall production efficiency threefold. Addressing the challenges of easy breakage during hulling and difficulty in controlling the purity of the finished product, the production line is equipped with a custom-designed YQT-10 sweet buckwheat-specific hulling unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. This unit adopts a scientifically sound process of grading first and then hulling, ensuring a stable hulling rate of over 98%, a whole-grain yield of 85%, and a buckwheat flour yield controlled between 65% and 70%. The impurity content is kept below 0.3%. The line not only meets the processing needs for food products like buckwheat noodles and buckwheat groats but also provides high-quality raw materials for fields such as animal feed and textile filling materials, thus achieving full-value utilization of sweet buckwheat.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating engineering design, R&D, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and after-sales maintenance, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd leverages the Henan Province Corn and Coarse Grain Complete Engineering Technology Research Center to establish a comprehensive R&D and service system for coarse grain processing equipment. The company holds 32 national patents, and its equipment has been widely adopted in major coarse grain-producing regions across China as well as in overseas markets. In the current Bayannur project, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has assembled a dedicated North Xinjiang service team to provide end-to-end coordination—including equipment R&D and manufacturing, long-distance transportation adaptation, on-site installation and commissioning, and technical training—while overcoming challenges such as site layout in arid regions and equipment dust resistance. This ensured that the production line was successfully installed and put into operation within 40 days, efficiently meeting the customer’s demand for large-scale production.

Currently, Bayannur is accelerating the scaling-up and standardization of its sweet buckwheat industry and making every effort to extend the deep-processing industrial chain for miscellaneous grains. The successful commissioning of the 100-ton-per-day sweet buckwheat processing line by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd not only fills the gap in large-scale, intelligent sweet buckwheat processing equipment locally but also provides an excellent model for enhancing the quality and efficiency of the northern Xinjiang’s miscellaneous grain industry. In the future, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd will continue to focus on the field of miscellaneous grain processing equipment, developing more targeted solutions tailored to the specific characteristics of different regional production areas and crop varieties. By providing high-quality equipment and services, we will empower the development of local specialty agriculture and put into practice our development philosophy: “Win the world with products; reach the future through service.”
