This 200-ton-per-day oat hulling and rice noodle production line is an integrated system developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically to meet the unique characteristics of oats and the processing requirements for rice noodles. It incorporates multiple core patented technologies and features a fully automated control system that integrates “hulling and purification + fine grinding + shaping and processing.” The line covers the entire process—from oat cleaning and hulling to impurity removal, grinding, dough mixing, shaping, drying, and graded packaging—requiring only 5–6 operators to ensure 24-hour continuous operation. Compared to traditional segmented processing methods, this line reduces labor costs by more than 65% and boosts overall production efficiency by a factor of 3.5. Addressing industry pain points such as incomplete oat hulling and fragile rice noodle products, the production line is equipped with Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s custom-designed YYT-20 oat-specific hulling unit and YMX-80 rice noodle shaping unit. The hulling rate remains stable at over 98%, and the integrity rate of oat grains reaches 90%. The resulting rice noodles boast a chewy texture and retain their full nutritional value. They can be adapted to various product forms, including plain and flavored varieties, meeting the diverse demands of supermarkets, catering establishments, and e-commerce platforms.
