Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has successfully completed the construction of a 3- to 4-ton-per-hour oat cleaning and sorting production line for Inner Mongolia Wulanchabu City Lvyuan Oat Development Co., Ltd. Ulanqab, located in central Inner Mongolia, is renowned as the “Oat Capital of China.” Benefiting from its unique climatic conditions—high altitude, long hours of sunshine, and significant temperature differences—the oats produced here boast plump grains and a high dietary fiber content. With an annual planting area exceeding 2 million mu, Ulanqab has become a core oat-producing region and a prime supplier of high-quality oat raw materials in China. In recent years, local authorities have focused on enhancing the quality and efficiency of the oat industry, vigorously promoting a shift in processing methods from “rough sorting” to “precise selection.” There is an urgent need for efficient cleaning and sorting equipment that is tailored to local oat varieties and meets the demands of large-scale, standardized production. Leveraging nearly three decades of experience in the research and development of cereals-processing equipment and extensive service experience in North China’s production areas, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd was selected through a rigorous bidding process and has now customized a specialized oat cleaning and sorting line solution exclusively for Lvyuan Oats.

 

This oat cleaning and sorting production line, with an hourly capacity of 3-4 tons, is a specialized production system developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for the characteristics of naked oats from Ulanqab. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for cleaning and sorting various grains and features a fully automated control system based on “intelligent sorting + graded purification.” The line covers the entire process—from removing impurities and stones to eliminating awns, grading, selecting high-quality oats, and recovering waste materials—requiring only 1-2 maintenance personnel to operate efficiently. Compared to traditional manual cleaning methods, this system reduces labor costs by more than 80% and boosts sorting efficiency threefold. Addressing the core requirements of oats—lightweight particles that easily trap impurities yet need to preserve nutritional activity—the production line is equipped with a custom-designed oat-specific cleaning and sorting unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. This unit precisely removes impurities such as sand, stones, weeds, and shriveled grains, achieving a purity level of over 99.5% and leaving residual impurities below 0.3%. At the same time, it maximizes the retention of oat germ and nutritional components, making it ideally suited for diverse downstream processing applications, including oat rice, oat flour, and oat flakes, thereby establishing the first-line quality assurance for these products.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating engineering design, R&D, manufacturing, and localized services, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd leverages the Henan Province Corn and Coarse Grain Complete Engineering Technology Research Center to build a comprehensive R&D and service system for coarse grain processing equipment.
