As a key project demonstrating Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s deep commitment to the North China mixed-grain processing market, this project—featuring precise oat-flaking technology, highly efficient and intelligent equipment, and customized services—will inject new momentum into the transformation of Handan’s oat industry toward greater refinement and commercialization, highlighting the pivotal role of Chinese grain-processing machinery in the specialized agricultural product processing sector.
Handan is located in the southern part of the North China Plain and boasts a strong agricultural foundation. In recent years, leveraging the resource advantages of the surrounding major oat-producing areas, the city has vigorously developed the deep-processing industry for oats, gradually establishing an emerging industrial cluster that integrates raw material procurement, processing, and sales. With the upgrading of health-conscious consumption trends, oat flakes have become a daily dietary staple for the general public due to their nutritional value and convenience. This oat flake production line is a specialized piece of equipment developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for the characteristics of North China oat varieties and the demands of flaking processing. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for whole-grain processing and features a fully automated control system that employs a “pre-processing + precise flaking + low-temperature shaping” approach. The line covers the entire process—from oat cleaning and hulling to conditioning, flaking, drying, and graded packaging—and can flexibly produce a variety of oat products, such as uniformly thin and thick ready-to-eat oat flakes and instant oat flakes, tailored to market needs. With just 3–4 operators, the line can run efficiently, reducing labor costs by more than 50% compared to traditional semi-automatic equipment and boosting production efficiency by a factor of 2.5. Addressing industry challenges such as the fragility and inconsistent texture of oat flakes, this production line is equipped with a custom-designed YYY-15 oat-specific flaking unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. The flaking integrity rate remains stable at over 95%, and thickness tolerances are controlled within ±0.1 mm. Moreover, the low-temperature conditioning process maximizes the retention of oat dietary fiber and active nutrients, resulting in a crisp, non-clumping texture that is perfectly suited for sales across multiple channels, including supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, and foodservice establishments.
