Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd is undertaking the construction of a soybean peeling line in Beian with a daily processing capacity of 120 tons.

Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd a leading enterprise in grain-processing equipment, has successfully completed the construction of a soybean hulling production line with a daily capacity of 120 tons for Heilongjiang Beian Deli Grain Processing Co., Ltd. The smooth implementation of this project not only fills a gap in similar processing equipment in the Heihe region but also injects strong momentum into the extension of Beian’s non-GMO soybean industrial chain through intelligent technologies, thereby supporting the high-quality development of the local National Modern Agricultural (Soybean) Industrial Park.

As a core cultivation base for non-GMO soybeans in Heilongjiang Province, Beian annually cultivates soybeans on over 1 million mu of land. Leveraging its uniquely advantageous agricultural resources, the region has been steadily promoting the upgrading of its deep-processing agricultural product industrial chain in recent years. The newly commissioned 20,000-ton non-GMO soybean processing project is one of the key achievements of the local “Industrial Project Construction Year.” Relying on nearly three decades of technological expertise and extensive engineering experience in the field of coarse grain processing equipment, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has been selected as the contractor for the project’s core production line, tailoring an intelligent processing solution specifically designed to meet the unique characteristics of Beian’s soybeans.

This soybean peeling line, with a daily processing capacity of 120 tons, integrates multiple core technologies developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It adopts a fully automated production line operation mode, covering the entire process—from soybean feeding and cleaning to peeling, grading, and final product output—with virtually no manual intervention. This significantly reduces labor costs while enhancing production stability. Specifically for the critical soybean peeling process, the production line is equipped with a soybean-specific peeling unit specially developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Each unit can achieve an hourly output of up to 6 tons, with a peeling efficiency exceeding 98%. This effectively minimizes bean kernel breakage and powder yield, maximizing the preservation of soybean nutritional components and commercial value.

As a high-tech enterprise integrating engineering design, R&D, manufacturing, and services,Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has always taken technological innovation as its core competitive edge. Relying on the Henan Province Corn and Coarse Grain Complete Sets Engineering Technology Research Center, the company holds 32 national patents, and its legume-processing equipment has been exported to over 40 countries and regions, including the United States, Russia, and Ethiopia. The successful delivery of the Beian project is yet another testament to its strong technical capabilities and localized service expertise—from initial site surveys and scheme design through mid-stage equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, to later-stage technical training and after-sales follow-up—providing end-to-end, one-stop management services to ensure that production lines can be quickly put into operation and achieve desired efficiency.

In recent years, Beian has been accelerating the development of a comprehensive soybean industry chain. The commissioning of Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s intelligent soybean hulling line not only promotes the transformation of local soybean processing from primary handling to refined processing with higher added value but also provides solid support for the adjustment of the regional agricultural industrial structure. In the future, Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd will continue to focus on the research and development of equipment for processing miscellaneous grains.
