Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully undertaken the construction of a soybean peeling production line with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons for Hongyuan Grain Processing Co., Ltd. in Dongning City, Heilongjiang Province. As a key project aimed at upgrading the deep-processing capabilities of agricultural products at the Dongning Port, this project—featuring ultra-large processing capacity, intelligent processes, and cross-border adaptability—will inject vital momentum into the local soybean industry by facilitating its integration into the China-Russia trade market and extending the industrial chain, thereby supporting high-quality development of the agricultural sector in the border region.

 

 

Dongning is located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province, bordering Russia. It is an important border port city in northern China. Leveraging its advantages in Sino-Russian border trade and the presence of high-quality soybean-growing areas nearby, Dongning has developed a comprehensive soybean industry cluster that integrates procurement, processing, and import-export activities. In recent years, the local area has focused on the integrated development of “port + industry,” vigorously promoting the upgrading of deep-processing equipment for agricultural products. It integrates multiple core patented technologies and features a fully automated intelligent control system, covering the entire process—from soybean sorting and cleaning to peeling, grading, and storage. The line requires only 3 to 5 operators to ensure highly efficient operation, reducing labor costs by more than 60% compared to traditional production lines while significantly enhancing production stability and continuity. For the critical soybean peeling process, the line is equipped with a custom-designed soybean-specific peeling unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Each unit can achieve an hourly output of up to 22 tons, with a stable peeling efficiency exceeding 98.5% and a breakage rate kept below 1.2%. This equipment not only meets the demands of large-scale processing but also maximizes the preservation of soybean nutritional components, making it ideally suited for subsequent oil extraction, bean product manufacturing, and compliance with cross-border export standards.
