Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has successfully undertaken the construction of a 150-ton-per-day pea-peeling production line for Khanh Hoa Oil & Grain Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. This pea peeling line, with a daily capacity of 150 tons, is a specialized production line developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for Southeast Asian pea varieties. It integrates multiple core patented technologies and features a fully automated intelligent control system, covering the entire process—from pea sorting and cleaning to stone removal, peeling, grading, and temporary storage of finished products. The line requires only 2-3 operators to ensure highly efficient operation, reducing labor costs by more than 50% compared to traditional local production lines in Vietnam and boosting production efficiency threefold. Addressing the common challenges of small pea size and fragile skins that easily break during peeling, this line is equipped with a custom-designed YTH25×3 pea-specific peeling unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Each machine can achieve an hourly output of up to 6.5 tons, with a stable peeling efficiency exceeding 98% and a crushing rate strictly controlled within 1%. This ensures that the line not only meets the demands of large-scale processing but also maximizes the preservation of pea nutrients and maintains their commercial appearance, making them ideally suited for subsequent starch processing, production of snack foods, and compliance with export trade standards.
