Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd has successfully undertaken the construction of a 150-ton-per-day pea-peeling production line for Khanh Hoa Oil & Grain Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. As a key benchmark project demonstrating Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd’s deep-rooted commitment to the Southeast Asian market, this project—thanks to its precise process adaptation, stable equipment performance, and comprehensive cross-border services—will significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of Vietnam’s pea-processing industry and facilitate its integration into the global market, thereby highlighting the international competitiveness of China’s grain-processing machinery and equipment.
As an important agricultural country in Southeast Asia, Vietnam boasts extensive pea cultivation areas and abundant yields. Leveraging its advantageous geographical location, Vietnam’s processed coarse grains are widely exported to markets across Southeast Asia as well as to China, Japan, and South Korea. In recent years, Vietnam has been vigorously promoting the upgrading of its agricultural product processing industry toward deeper processing, focusing on scaling up and refining the processing of coarse grains. There is an urgent need for intelligent equipment that is tailored to local pea varieties and meets specific processing requirements. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience in the R&D of coarse-grain processing equipment and a wealth of successful cross-border project implementation cases, Hua Yu Wantong stood out among numerous contenders and has custom-designed a specialized pea-peeling solution for Khanh Hoa Grain & Oil.
This pea peeling line, with a daily capacity of 150 tons, is a specialized production line developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for Southeast Asian pea varieties. It integrates multiple core patented technologies and features a fully automated intelligent control system, covering the entire process—from pea sorting and cleaning to stone removal, peeling, grading, and temporary storage of finished products. The line requires only 2-3 operators to ensure highly efficient operation, reducing labor costs by more than 50% compared to traditional local production lines in Vietnam and boosting production efficiency threefold. Addressing the common challenges of small pea size and fragile skins that easily break during peeling, this line is equipped with a custom-designed YTH25×3 pea-specific peeling unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Each machine can achieve an hourly output of up to 6.5 tons, with a stable peeling efficiency exceeding 98% and a crushing rate strictly controlled within 1%. This ensures that the line not only meets the demands of large-scale processing but also maximizes the preservation of pea nutrients and maintains their commercial appearance, making them ideally suited for subsequent starch processing, production of snack foods, and compliance with export trade standards.
