This corn germ extraction line, with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons, is a specialized production line developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for the characteristics of spring corn from Northeast China. It integrates multiple core patented technologies for corn processing and features a fully automated intelligent control system. The line covers the entire process—from corn cleaning and degerming to germ extraction, grading, endosperm treatment, and byproduct recovery—requiring only 3 to 4 operators to ensure highly efficient operation. Compared to traditional production lines, this line reduces labor costs by more than 55% and boosts production efficiency by a factor of 3.5. Addressing industry pain points such as low germ extraction rates and poor germ integrity, the line is equipped with a custom-designed YTP-40 corn-specific germ extraction unit developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Each unit boasts an hourly germ extraction capacity of up to 8.5 tons, with a stable germ extraction rate exceeding 92% and a germ integrity rate kept below 88%. This ensures that the line can meet large-scale processing demands while providing high-quality raw materials for subsequent corn germ oil extraction and germ-based food processing, thereby maximizing the value of the original grain.
