The bran finisher increases flour yields during the milling process by removing flour from bran. It is used for common wheat, durum and rye. It has a throughput of up to 1.8 tons per hour, or 3.6 tons per hour if you use the double machine.
Bran Finisher is mainly used to detach adhering flour/endosperm particles from the bran to increase the flour extraction rate by impacting action between rotating beaters and drum screen.
It separates any flour particles still adhering to the bran, thus increasing flour yield in the mill, and the field of application extends across mills for wheat, rye and durum.
Wood-free screen frame available as an option. No nails or bolted connections.
Easy cleaning;Fast screen changes;Wear-resistant thanks to durable material (high-grade stainless steel);Easily exchangeable screen
A wide and large door design provides easy access to the screen jacket. This greatly facilitates machine maintenance and screen jacket changes.
