This 50-ton-per-day corn dual-production line is a specialized facility developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd specifically for the mountainous corn varieties grown in Chengde. It integrates core patented technologies for corn processing and features a fully automated, intelligent control system based on a “one main, two auxiliary” architecture. The line can simultaneously produce both corn grits and corn flour, covering the entire process—from corn cleaning and germ removal to grinding, grading, screening, and recovery of by-products. With just 2–3 operators required for efficient operation, this line reduces labor costs by more than 40% compared to traditional single-line systems and boosts overall production efficiency by a factor of two. Given Chengde corn’s optimal moisture content and high starch content, the production line is equipped with a custom-designed YTS-20 dual-production unit specially developed by Lushan Win Tone Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. This unit ensures a stable grits yield of over 45% and a flour yield of up to 38%. The resulting products exhibit uniform particle size and impurity levels below 0.5%, making them ideal not only for local food consumption but also as high-quality raw materials for feed processing and advanced food manufacturing, thereby realizing the diversified value conversion of raw corn grains.

After the project goes into operation, its annual corn-processing capacity will reach 15,000 tons, with projected annual sales revenue exceeding 30 million yuan. The plant will be able to produce 6,750 tons of corn grits and 5,700 tons of corn flour each year.
