Lentil processing plant can clean lentil, peel lentil and grind lentil automatically and efficiently. A complete lentil processing plant mainly consists of lentil cleaning machine, lentil peeling machine, lentil grinding machine or lentil milling machine.

Lentil cleaning machine processes lentils by cleaning, destoning, selecting, brushing, grading, color sorting and winnowing. Lentil peeling machine can remove lentil cortex and produce peeled grade lentil kernels. Lentil grinding machine or lentil milling machine can mill lentils into fine flour.

 

The whole lentil processing plant works as follows:
To produce lentil kernels, the operator just needs to start the equipments used in peeling and kernel processing section, separates the kernels, broken kernels and flour by adjusting the material segregation valve and packages the end products.
To produce lentil flour, we can start all the equipments, adjust the material segregation valve to make all of the lentils become flour and package end products.
To produce lentil kernels and flour simultaneously,we can start all the equipments and adjust the segregation valve to get different proportions of products.
